Shareflip has no accounts and no sign-in, so there is nothing that identifies you.
What we log
When you convert a link, we record an anonymous event: the song, the platforms involved, and the action taken (converted, opened, copied, sent). That is all.
What we never collect
We do not collect your name, phone number, email, device identifiers, or IP address, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. The anonymous events exist only to understand aggregate usage and improve matching. If you send us a support request and choose to include your name or email, we use it solely to respond to you.
On your device
Your conversion history is stored only on your device. It never leaves your phone, and deleting the app (or using “Delete my data” in the app) removes it.
Third parties
To match a song across platforms, Shareflip queries the Spotify and Apple Music catalog APIs. These requests are made from our server and are not linked to you.
